Palo Shoes LLC

Terms of service

Final commercial terms and catalog information are awaiting owner confirmation. Checkout remains closed.

Using the storefront

You may browse products and save selections in your shopping bag. Adding an item does not reserve inventory or create an order.

Product information

Review the product page, selected options, displayed currency, and order summary. Colors can vary by screen. Final materials, measurements, stock, prices, and authorized imagery must be confirmed before checkout opens.

Prices and payment

Prices use the currency for the country you are visiting from. The catalog amount is converted with the current exchange rate, and the server calculates the order total. Payments are securely processed for this storefront by KOOL MODE LLC.

Order acceptance

Opening checkout or returning from the payment page does not guarantee acceptance. Payment must be verified and the order reviewed for fulfillment. Keep both the payment receipt and store order reference.

Shipping and returns

Read the shipping and refund policies before purchasing. The final confirmed versions in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to interfere with the storefront, submit fraudulent payment information, scrape protected endpoints, or misuse order references belonging to another customer.

Contact

Customer support contact details must be published before checkout opens.
